We can’t wait to learn from writers in our community!
As part of our mission to support marginalized writers reach a wider audience, Amplify Writers conducts an annual survey of people who earn, or hope to earn, any portion of their income through creative writing.
Survey data is anonymous and is shared annually via Amplify’s website and newsletter. Our hope is that this data can be of use by writers and community organizers seeking funding for projects that support the career development of writers with identities, backgrounds, and experiences that are underrepresented in publishing.
This survey was developed in 2022 via a six-month community engagement project funded by the Regional Arts & Culture Council.
